Having been a Realtor for over twenty years and obtaining a Brokers license in 1994, Larry first went to work for a major national Real Estate company for three years as an Associate Broker. He earned the Rookie of the Year and numerous production awards. He went to work for a year with a local independent group. After that, he founded HLS, Inc. in 1998.
In 2017 we reformed the brokerage and changed the name to Realty of New Mexico LC. Now in 2023 we have updated our name to "Ashwood Realty Services".
